Walk-ins: We welcome walk-in customers, however if it is hot convenient with your schedule you many have a waiting period or schedule an appointment.

Payment & Fees: All fees for series are due upon completion of services. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificate are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. They are to be treated as cash and therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift Certificate are redeemable only at the dollar value at which they were sold and may not be redeemed for cash.

Coupon and Special: Coupons cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates. Coupon can not combine with any other special offers and Gift Certificate may apply.

Group Reservation: A credit card number is require for group reservations with a 20% deposit of 8 or more. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. These reservation are subject to a 50% service charger if the appointment is cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled service.

Appointment: Please promptly notify us of a conflict, so that we can open up your appointment time to other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be rescheduled. Late arrivals will complete their service at the time original schedule.

Help us to Promote Relaxing Environment: As a courtesy to other clients we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all time while in the salon.
